Each refine rate above 10 will reduce fixed casting time by 0.1 second (up to 15).
When equipped with Gungnir or Gungnir [2], increase Banishing Point damage by 7% every 2 refine rate of Gungnir.
When equipped with Zweihander or Zweihander [2], Atk + 20 every 2 refine rate of Zweihander.
When equipped with Quadrille or Quadrille [2], increase Tiger Cannon damage by 7% every 2 refine rate of Quadrille.
